The news of the arrest of Kabir Sokoto,the chirstmas day boko haram bombe and how he escaped while in police custody on sunday january 15th is no longer a new news for Nigerian and the sudden rearrest of him. 
He was said to be arrested at the Nigeria-Chad border in Borno State today, just a few hours before the 24hr deadline given to the IG of police by the president, expired.
